Hi, had an issue for a few days now, I have a galaxy S10. When making or receiving calls, the call cuts out - I can't hear them and they can't hear me but comes back in about 10 seconds.
I tried on my sons phone which is an iPhone and had the same issue. I've restarted my phone, checked the network settings and checked the service status but that only shows TV, broadband and landlines.
Any help appreciated, thanks

Hi Aiysha,
My phone shows full bars of signal and in my network settings it says auto connect to LTE/3G/2G.
I've had this problem indoors but haven't been outside whilst using my phone.
I have no issues using WhatsApp for voice calls.
