Virgin to O2 switch

My switch to O2 was yesterday and now I have no network at all, I cannot make or receive calls.

cannot call anyone to help.. am waiting for call from hospital. Not sure what I am suppose to do.

have email saying O2 aim is on the way but no explanation. Very poor customer service from all involved
