After making text message donations for charity I received Virgin Media text saying I have nearly reached my credit limit and need to make a payment. or service will be lost. Is this a scam?

We do send a text message if you are nearing your credit limit (75%, 95% and 100%) from what you've said in regards to donating for charity these would be added to your mobile bill, you can check your balance online here
