So today I ordered a virgin mobile as haven’t got a phone and heard virgin mobile are good had an email for my order number then I speak to someone on live chat as can’t phone no phone saying I didn’t pass the credit check very annoyed as I have virgin broadband so I don’t see how I failed

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier then usual.
Our credit checks for broadband accounts and mobile accounts are different, this is because the credit check for a mobile needs to ensure we're making the right decisions for both parties as this would include a loan agreement.
