Virgin mobile log in

Is anyone still having problems logging into their account? I've had the log in screen for 3 days, but still get the Can't access my account message. If the problem persists etc. It's been a week now. Is anyone else still having trouble?

Yes. I’m getting really frustrated with this now. Especially as many people seem to be able to access theirs. 

I get the log in screen and the new recaptcha box, but it just takes me to a page that says my account is temporarily unavailable. 

In this case, temporarily means over a week!!!
