Virgin mobile data not working

I cannot use mobile data on my virgin account. I have in theory unlimited data.  I have mobile data switched on. I can connect via WiFi.  My mobile account is working but no mobile data.  Unable to search fir network and select virgin which is greyed out. No ApN can be selected.

Is the "Mobile data" in your devices setting toggled to be.... "on/green" ?

If it is switch it off than restart and switch it on again


I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks yes. I checked that and then looked at other similar issues and found z set of APN settings for Virgin mobile which I input and these seem to connect.  I am not sure why they were not there already.

Depending what device you have they could of needed to be downloaded.

Normally we would you send you a SMS with a link to download it, just to confirm has this helped and resolved the issues now? Thanks

New around here?

It's an umidigi. Like I said I had to.type in the settings myself. I didn't get a text with these  or were they automatically downloaded on activating the sim card.  So not helpful from.Virgin on this occasion.
