Virgin mobile contract renewal

I've been notified that the contract for two mobile numbers ends on 19th December.  It gives me the option to select a new deal which has 5gb more data and is 93p cheaper.   Please can a VM staffer send me a private message to help arrange changing to the new deal from that date.  The letter says to phone the call centre, but from previous poor service I don't like using that, I find this forum much easier and more helpful to use.
