When I try to make a phone call it says I don’t have enough credit to make this call but I have unlimited minutes?? 
man’s when someone calls me only their number comes up not their contact name??

Sorry to hear of this error message you've been receiving when attempting to make a call on your mobile phone. 

Does this happen when making calls to multiple different phone numbers, or just one in particular?

Have you been able to try the sim card in an alternative handset?

It happens when I try to call several different numbers. When someone calls me it only shows the number and not the contact name?

Yes I have just tried it in a different sim and updated the system and it works now. Thank you for your help
