Virgin mobile app cannot connect to new phone.

Old phone died. Sim swap to new phone. WiFi off, data on, roaming on. Virgin mobile app can not connect sim to new phone. Data not working. All else is working.

Really sorry for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual. 

Have you been able to sort the data issues since posting? 

If not then it sounds like you might need to update the data settings, you can find out how to do this here
