I have a pay monthly sim contract from virgin. The virgin mobile iphone app didnt work on the previous iphone i had (iphone 6s). We thought it was phone issue. But doesnt work on the iphone se 2 (2020) as well. It keeps saying "its unable to connect". I made sure wifi is off, only data is on. Still doesnt work. What can be the issue ?
(Note - I have a second sim , pay monthly sim only, which I use on an android phone. and that has always worked without issues. )
