I am trying to send a text message. I have had a text back from Virgin message to say I have exceeded my spending cap. However when I check the app I have sent 2 texts and unlimited available. My daughter has a similar problem with her phone only she has apparently exceeded minutes when she hasn’t..Can anyone advise please.
