can’t login with sim. Have purple sim, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and to no avail, turned off any vpns ect ... basically jumped through hoops and still not recognising my sim....

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into, I am sorry the Connect App is showing this error message.

Also, can I ask if you were trying to connect to the App due to a problem with your broadband? If so I will be happy to look into it for you.
No broadband was fine I was trying to connect for the first time since putting my new sim in my phone but it’s sorted it’s self out now!.
