I ported my old number yesterday- when I ring someone it does show as my old number but the Virgin App is still showing the number that came with the sim card. Will this change eventually?

I'm sorry to hear this, this usually takes up to midnight the following day.
Please let us know after the 24 hours if the new number hasn't been updated on the Virgin app.
