Hi, I just received this text from Virgin’s official account.
im assuming either it’s a glitch or phishing because the payment details haven’t changed nor are they incorrect.
Obviously I didn’t click the link in the text, I Nav’d to Virgins website to double check payment details.
would appreciate a reply on this asap just in case anyone else has received it and it turns out to be phishing
I got the same text from the official Virgin number. Did the same, avoided the link and went to website myself. Nothing showing as strange on my account, direct debit details all seem to be good.
Hope they send an "ignore that" text soon!
They are 100% scam text's, they have just managed to spoof the number Virgin use to send official texts.
