Virgin SIM doesn't work with Samsung Galaxy S8

Samsung Galaxy S8 does not connect to Virgin UK. It connects to all other networks: 3 UK. EE, Vodafone

I have tried:

1.Reset APN

2.Reset Network Setting

3.Reset the phone

4.I have ordered replacement SIM and it has been activated in another phone

5. Reflash the phone with new factory firmware

6.Choose network manually

7.Switching network mode from 2G to 3G, 4G etc

Nothing was successful. Any idea?

If the Virgin SIM works in another phone then the it would seem like the phone has been blocked from accessing Virgin.

Is it a new phone?

It is not new phone and it is definitely unlocked. It connects with no problem to all other networks Three Uk, EE even Vodafone.

The phone cannot be blocked from accessing Virgin mobile only.

It had no problem with Virgin until I upgraded the contract. I guess I've been switched from EE based Virgin to Vodafone based Virgin.

If you are on Vodafone then when you do a network search you will find Vodafone is missing and you can see EE listed

If Vodafone is listed you are still on EE.

Still Vodafone or EE should make no difference.

I can see EE, Three, O2 . I cannot see Vodafone with new SIM. When I choose manually Virgin it doesn't register to the network.

OK. At least we know they have put you on Vodafone. 

I'm still stumped as to why the SIM works in a different phone.
