I recently joined Virgin Media with a Oomph package. I received the Sim however I have not been able to register and I do not know the mobile number. The phone simply displays 'emergency calls only'
I have tried manually registering to virgin 4G/3G/2G and resetting the phone.
Is this an issue with the Sim?

Really sorry that your new SIM is having some issues, we can certainly take a look at what's going on.
It might be that the SIM hasn't been activated or we need to send a new one, all something we can sort out.
