Virgin Mobile

I recently changed from 02 sim card only to Virgin Mobile sim card only; I log in to my Virgin Media page and it says log in to Virgin Mobile, so I type the email address and password which both get green ticks, but when I try to sign in, it doesn't let me; I have been trying to solve this for two weeks with no success so far; trying to text/phone or live chat have not worked, and they have taken my first months money. It is really annoying

Like I said, I typed in my e mail address and password, got tywo green ticks, but could not get through

Hi Chris, I tried Google Chrome and that made no difference; I have used the same e mail address for my Virgin Media account, TV,Broadband and landline for years with no problem

Have you ever registered for the online Virgin Mobile account @9641roger - you would need to register first. 

 

Pop along here: virg.in/youracc  and then under the log on boxes will be a clickable link that says Register Now. Click that and follow the instructions.

I have even tried to register from scratch; entered phone number, surname etc and it says not recognised

Sorry it's not clear 9641roger - but the security answer is usually the same as the security info you provide to speak with members of staff.
