I came to India few days back and my Virgin SIM is not working. I cant make any calls or access my voicemail. I am meant to be working from India so it is important that my phone works. I am tried connecting to mobile network using manual and automatic, ticked the relevant boxes on my account but still it is not working.
I will be in India for 1 month and I need my phone roaming to work.
Can any one from Virgin can help me appreciate your response.
