My wife and me, both Virgin customers, moved out UK one month ago and we have tried, unsuccessfully, cancel our account. Can I have some clear information about what to do. It is just cancel the contract, I do not want to keep the number, it is basically stop paying for something I am not using. It is being extremelly hard and frustrating as information/steps is not clear at all.
Both my wife and me contracts are only SIM, There are not handset involved in the contract and it was done more than 2 years ago so there is not cancellation penalty. I just need to cancel it and honestly, it is being impossible. I would appreciate your help/support.
