Virgin Mobile account

I cannot log in to my online Virgin Mobile account - the username and password are correct, but it will not go past the reCaptcha verification - this has been going on for 2 days

Welcome to our Community Forum Tubaman and sorry to hear you're unable to access your mobile account. So I have a clearer idea, can you confirm whether you've registered the account in the past and was able to access it or are  you trying to register for a new account now but the reCaptcha is stopping you?

 

Can you try clearing your browser cache and trying again to see if it helps?

Have been able to log-in in the past - tried clearing cache but get same issue, accepts UN & PW but cannot get past the reCaptcha
