I joined Virgin in April I think on a Pay Monthly agreement. However I called customer services and cancelled within 2 days as the signal was so poor in my house.
I keep getting invoices for monthly payment, so it appears the Virgin mobile operative I spoke to did not complete the cancellation request.
please can someone cancel my account ASAP so I avoid receiving invoices?

Sorry to see you've been receiving bills for your mobile account, is this in relation to a handset agreement or does this refer to a mobile phone tariff?
Can you also tell me if you took out a handset loan agreement with the tariff?

it was a SIMO deal, no handsets involved
