I ordered a phone on contract with Virgin Mobile on the 2nd June. Received the email telling me that credit checks will need to be performed & to allow a few days. It’s now been a week and I still haven’t heard anything and the order on my account is saying that it is parked.
Is there any way for me to get in contact with Virgin? And any idea how long this usually takes?

I am sorry to hear about this. Mostly all orders placed online do get parked as they go under some checks. When an order is parked it can be down to a couple of reasons, the credit check being failed, the phone being out of stock, or that the team who run the checks need some extra information and then they would contact you.
