Virgin Mobile: No Connection

New phone which I've had for the last few weeks and no issues. Just an upgrade from my previous phone.

From yesterday when I disconnected from my office WiFi I noticed I had not mobile data connection. It just says:

Everything else works fine on WiFi it's just mobile data that no longer works. I have checked on the app and I have plenty of data left:

I've ran all the normal tests. Airplane mode is off. Do not disturb is off. Checked all APN settings. Ran the Phone Fix Tool.

I can't understand how it can go from working to not in a few hours. Isn't wet, hasn't been dropped there is just no connection to the Virgin Media network at all. I have reset all my connections to see if this fixes it. All apps and OS up to date.

Sony Xperia 1 III Black

Odd thing is I couldn't even sign into my community account here I had to set up a new one. Even resetting my password didn't send me an email. Checked my spam folder and tried it on 3 different browsers. Had to use my works email address to sign up here to ask for help.

When I'm logged into my Mobile account and I click chat this happens:

Any help would be much appreciated as I'm very tech savvy and tried everything already suggested on these boards.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with Mobile data.

Sounds like you have done every thing possible
I'd like to take a look into this for you. Bur before that can you try this please.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
