Virgin Mobile Gift

Virgin sent me an iPhone SE with pay as you go sim which I did NOT order. I have a Virgin Media account but not a Virgin mobile account.  The form says the monthly tariff will be 6 quid per month.  I cant find how to send this thing back.  Any help please?

Hi Bikerman, 

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry to hear there has been some confusion with your order, this isn't good. 

Can you confirm that you ordered the iPhone SE? 

If so and this is on a split contract then the SIM card will come with the handset and have it's own monthly charge, this would have been explained when ordering. 

If we've sent you a SIM Only deal you didn't ask for then it's something we can help with from here.
