Do Virgin Mobile support e-sims or not? I have seen some forum posts on here saying they do and some saying they don't? I rang 6 weeks or so ago and they said they do not.

Sorry @Clueless24, we dont support any e-sims at the moment and don't have any timescales of when this will become available.

Obviously those that do have them are OK provided they don't change.
Now that Virgin have moved to O2 I see them as being pretty pointless as a network seeing the Switching websites offer better deals on O2 than Virgin, plus being able to get speed and data boosts if you have Virgin Broadband and a O2 SIM

Yes they 100% do. Received this message from VM only last week about an (unknown) change to my esim.
"Hi. We've made changes to our network, to keep your mobile service going you need a new eSIM profile. You'll be getting a new eSIM QR code by email very soon, so keep an eye out. All you need to do is download it to your phone. Got questions about eSIMs? Go to virginmedia.com/newsim"

If youve had your new QR Code then you are one of the lucky ones, if youve not then I suggest you order a physical sim now because you wont get your new QR code they will just cut you off and you'll be left without any network for days whilst waiting for your replacement sim to arrive, ive ditched VM now and gone to GiffGaff as thats the sim which arrived first.
