OK, I don't know how many times I've seen versions of this question but here goes.Myself and my better half both have Samsung Galaxy S8 phones on contract but now neither of us can passed the 'check sim' on the virgin mobile app. we've reinstalled the app several times on both phones, and yes we've switched off wifi. All we get is the Ooops..... and Retry Authentication message. We are connected, can browse the net while not wified. any suggestions gratefully received.
