Virgin Mobile App

OK, I don't know how many times I've seen versions of this question but here goes.Myself and my better half both have Samsung Galaxy S8 phones on contract but now neither of us can passed the 'check sim' on the virgin mobile app. we've reinstalled the app several times on both phones, and yes we've switched off wifi. All we get is the Ooops..... and Retry Authentication message. We are connected, can browse the net while not wified. any suggestions gratefully received.

Thanks for posting. My apologies for the delayed reply and the app issues. Have you got this fixed since posting? 

 

If not, you've not got any VPN's on the phones have you?

Hi, thanks for the reply, the answer is yes, we're using Nordvpn; I've just set the app up as a trusted app and all works ok now, thanks.

The only question now is why the app doesn't get through the vpn?
