Virgin Mobile App

Hi, I am the billpayer for four family SIMs all from same account. When I look at the Virgin Mobile App, I see usage info for my own account but not for the rest of my family. However, my partner can see her account info plus the children, but not me. I deleted and reinstalled the App, but it made no difference. I am on Android whereas my partner is on iOS (both latest versions). Is there a difference between apps to the extent that I am at a disadvantage as to what I can see or is it a blip in the Android app infrastructure or something else I am not taking into consideration? Any help appreciated. Thanks
