Virgin Mobile App won't authenticate new SIM

Hi there
I have just received my new SIM and it seems to be working fine, I can make calls etc. But when. I use the Virgin mobile app and try to authenticate it says "oops looks like you are not connected to 3g or 4g. I have WiFi turned off data is on and so forth

Could you help please

Cheers for popping along to our Community - so sorry that you're having some issues with the App since getting your new SIM. 

 

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled after a full handset reboot to see if that helps?
