Virgin Mobile Account

Hi,

I am having issues logging onto my mobile account. Looking to upgrade but need access to purchase. Password has been reset, and all history, cache and cookies have been cleared. Attempts made to logon from laptop using chrome, IE and Firefox. Tired Safari on iPhone and iPad.

can you have a look at this as I can see many other people are experiencing a similar issue. I have had access before and can use the App to check my plan etc. I am stuck when doing the recaptcha as it just doesn’t seem to log on once this has been completed.
