The app doesn't recognise my email or password & when I try to reset via all possible routes, I am constantly told not recognised or details are not quite right.

Please help with this very frustrating issue.

I'm very sorry to hear you're having issues logging into My Virgin Media, I appreciate this is frustrating and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
