Virgin Cancelled my order because I wasnt avaialble for a call....
I had ordered, and was awaiting delivery of an iPhone & Watch bundle, the credit check was approved and DD set up, they sent me a message saying that Yodel had my delivery, I waited for it to arrive on Monday and as it didn’t, I called, Virgin then said because I didn’t answer the security phone call on Saturday (they tried once - I was in the shower) that they had cancelled the order and Yodel had started to return the phone.
Surely this is not correct, How can my order be cancelled without acknowledgement? Can you please point me in the direction of the policy that states if you miss a call from VM your order is cancelled?
Can someone also point me in the direction of a UK based complaints line as I am not getting very far with the responses I have had so far as they are contradictory.
