Virgin Account Issues

Hi. Is anyone still having problems logging in to their accout? I finally got the log in screen yesterday, but i am still gettng the message that I cannot accest my account at the moment, if the problem persists etc. Anyone else got this porblem?

Many people have had this problem this week but I was finally able to log in to my account yesterday afternoon and again this morning.

I managed to get in to my account again at 1205 [today] Friday. I needed 2 goes at the password [?] and to prove I was not a robot but eventually, I did get in.

Bumping this thread up, because I have been unable to log in for a whole week now.

I now have the Captcha i am not a robot added to the login screen, but still get the message when I try to log in. Is this ever going to be fixed?

Please do not bump post as all it will do is drop you to the bottom of the queue and being against the rules of the forum, the VM forum staff will get around to the post can take several days as they deal with oldest post first, if you require an instant response the best option would be a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you. You can also call in on 150 or 0345 454 1111 best times to call are first thing in the morning, wait times can be large due to how busy the support staff are.

It looks like it should have since been resolved, are you able to reinstall the app for me now so we can try get the fix sent to the app on the device?
