Viewing my bill

Hi I am new to virgin mobile and can't access my account to view my bill.

 

I know email address is correct but not 100% sure on password so I am trying to reset

I am putting in email address (correct as that's where I received notification of my bill) and my phone number but it says is not a virgin number. I did port my mobile number over from anothet provider, could this be the problem?

I just want to view my bill!

That would be the reason, don't worry though :)! Can I ask if the port you did with ourselves has been completed or is this still on going?
