Viewing Mobile Data Usage

Hi,

I got into an annoying situation today, where I found my account barred due to outstanding credit. I think I know what caused it, but the costs don't add up. 

However, the "View Recent Usage" area is making it super difficult to tell what the outstanding credit is for. It isn't showing me the most recent month of usage, as I'm now in a new month of the contract. 

How long does it take to see the last month? It's ridiculous that Virgin are quick enough to bar my account, but not quick enough for me to see why the costs exist. I'd like to know exactly what I'm paying for.

Is there a more comprehensive, up to date way to see recent usage?

If you've just refreshed for another month, the View Recent Usage will only show this current months usage. To see what charges have occurred for last month, you will need to wait till your bill has been produced so you can view it.
