VM requires PIN

Hi, I am in Spain on holiday and have notification of a VM. But the system is asking for a PIN and I have no recollection of ever setting one up. Can you help?

Hi @aispeake, thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns regarding the voicemail PIN.

Can you please try and access your voicemail by dialing 222, this may allow you to access it without the PIN message. If this works, accessing your voicemail through other means should also now work.

Hi Tom,

Many thanks for the response, but unfortunately that didnt work. 222 still requires a PIN to enter the voicemail. are there any other shortcuts?
