VM mobile cancellation

In part due to needing a new phone, I have now switched networks from VM to EE. I have already had my existing phone number transferred to the new network.

My VM contract had expired and I was on month-to-month rolling. Do I need to do anything further to make sure VM don't take any money for a service that I no longer want or need? Preferably without having to make any phone calls, as I find using the phone deeply uncomfortable due to having Autism.

If you've switched you would just need to keep your direct debit active in case there is a final bill. You'll receive one with a zero balance to indicate when it's closed.
