Then I got the txt message sent from VM saying failed to pre-authorise my DD.I verified my bank details to the lady on the phone for the DD.Any help VM?
There are scam text's coming through as if being sent by Virgin about trouble with DD's.
Virgin do not contact customers if there is a problem with DD's, they just cut your services and wait for you to contact them.
It has definitely been sent from VM , just checked.Any help from the VM Team?
