My VM account does not recognise or include my mobile which is part of 200gb Ooomph package. I am now connected by fibre and the mobile works fine too but is not shown as included in the bundle. Obviously I do not want to be billed for mobile calls when these are unlimited in the package I purchased. Another result is that I cannot access local wifi hotspots since my ported number is not recognised either.
