😡😡VM added 15 missed payments on Credit Record

When I can see they have debited my bank every month since the mobile contract began?

Tried to call customer services but it just says press 1 for the link and if you don't press it cuts you off?

My bank clearly shows £19.50 to virgin media every month for the phone and £6.50 for the tariff.

There must be a customer services number where I can actually speak to someone??

Thanks for your post on the community forums and I am really sorry that we weren't able to respond to you sooner.

 

The best thing to do for this would be to contact out credit file amendments team so they can look into the missed payment marks on your file and investigate them for you. They can be contacted via email at creditfileamendments@virginmedia.co.uk
