Thank you for your reply.

I am afraid we are not able to swap the SIM out for an eSIM sorry.

We would be happy to take a closer look at the service from our side but I will just need to take a few details via private message.

I will pop this over to the purple envelope on the top right of this page now.

Speak soon,

Nat

Apologies for the issues faced Roggio,

Welcome to the community.

To clarify are you receiving any service at all through the SIM?

Let us know,

Kain

Yes, I can call and text , its a contract phone , everything should work as normal, especialy I've got full range signal ... But unfortunately intenet is dead

Thanks for the response there,

Is the internet slow for everything?

Also are any error codes appearing when trying to acess anything via internet?

Let us know,

Kain

Try https://status.o2.co.uk/

To
see if there is a network fault or if you are in an area of congestion

(Virgin now use O2 for signal)

Our network is currently working fine.

Hi Roggio, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums.

I am sorry to hear that the connection is slow, does a network search help?

How is the connection at the moment?

Kind regards, Chris.

Slow 4G is unfortunately very common on O2 even if the status checker says everything is fine. The network is hugely oversubscribed and adding 3 million Virgin Mobile customers to a network already struggling to meet demand has only made things worse.

Yep. O2 gives me 2 to 6 MB  Vodafone 40 and EE 120 at my home location. In some areas O2 is unusable. Thankfully I don't pay for the O2 SIM
