Utterly disgusting service

So far I have spent over 8 hours over 3 weeks and got no help.

long and short my sim stopped working when VM gave me a new package and took over my mobile sim from virgin mobile; since then it has never worked.

it’s on an unlocked iPhone and just stopped I have called they sent out a new sim and nothing, like I say 8 hours on the phone or web chat it is an utterly disgusting service where you are treated like **bleep**.

I am totally appalled by the service and will cancel it completely when I can get through to someone In the meantime I am painting nothing to them, they are total cowboys.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues with the SIM

 

I've been able to locate your account using your forum details and can see you've spoke with an agent. 

 

Can you confirm if you were able to get things sorted on this call or do you still need help?
