Using the internet £3 daily charge

For fifteen straight days in August this year I was charged £3.00 per day for using the internet and presumably exceeding my data allowance. It's never happened before and not since. I'm on a data inclusive package, on wi-fi and have done nothing out-of-the-ordinary during those days. I checked my phone against the other iPhone in the house and the settings match yet the other  phone has had no such extra charges. Has anybody got any idea how this could have happened and how I can get Virgin to refund the extra £54 they have wrongly charged me?

Thanks

Chris

Re: Using the internet £3 daily charge

it will depend if its wrong.
If you use your data allowance then you are charged £3/day for data thats normal. If your wifi has been dropping or disconnecting you could of been using mobile data.

You bust of used up all your data int he first 15 days and was charged correctly for the next 15
