Hi there - I’m currently abroad and need to take a couple of phone calls - when I answer the call it cuts off with three beeps - I can’t make calls either - it looks like roaming etc is on - any ideas? Thank you

Welcome back to the community. 

Sorry to hear that you've not been able to make or receive calls whilst you're abroad. Can you confirm whether you are abroad in the EU or are you outside on the EU? If you are outside of the EU, do you see on your account if you have spending cap applied as this will stop any charges on texts or calls whilst abroad?
You can see the different countries charges here if needed.
