I am travelling to France later this week. Will I still be able to use my phone as normal without any additional cost?

Make sure you have roaming switched on and International Call barring turned off (both done in your account) Also set a password for your answerphone.

Roaming there is still free for now

BenMcr and Enlli correct, be sure to have a look at our Roaming Hub to ensure you are familiar with potential roaming costs for France: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-roaming-hub

And make sure the roaming service is switched on, from your online mobile account,
