Got a new SIM card sent for Galaxy S6, as recently been very weak signal issue (previously fine). SIM arrived, followed instructions correctly. Supposed to receive confirmation text connecting me to network (it's an old virgin contract handset and was just replacing virgin mobile sim) in 10 minutes or so. Still nothing next day. Phoned customer services, representative apologised and said he'd resend the text but still NOTHING. Kinda losing will to live here... Old sim doesn't work, have no landline or handset modern enough to test SIM on. Basically any ideas? Considering factory reset on S6 but not my preferred option lol
