I have just recently joined Virgin mobile.
I have 24GB of free data on my plan. In last seven days I have noticed I’ve used 10Gb of my plan
hiw can this be ? I’m mostly at home and use my WiFi to access the internet!
Do I need to do something on settings ?

I'm really sorry for the delay in replying, we have been busier than usual.
Have you had a look at your usage over the past few months, is this higher than normal for you?
Have you downloaded any new apps at all that might be running in the background?
Do you use your phone data as a hot spot at all or allow others to connect?
