Urgently need to call and text UK from abroad, but my account is soft blocked! Please help

Urgently need to call and text contacts in the UK but I am in Bali.

I have all the correct settings to support international texts and calls, but seem to be blocked because my financial account has a soft block on it.

Can you please help me remove this so I can text and call home (UK)?
