Urgent replacement SIM card for an elderly friend in hospital

Wonder if anyone can help. An elderly friend (and long term Virgin customer) has lost her SIM card during her stay in hospital. It's vital she has it replaced as the phone is her lifeline. I have all her details at hand and just want to know the quickest way to have her service up and running again?
