Urgent help needed!

Hello, I lost my private telephone yesterday and have just logged it with Virgin now. I've been using my only other phone (my work phone) (also on Virgin) instead, but as of tonight, the network has gone to 'Emergency calls only'. Now I have no telephone and I can't contact anyone and no-one can contact me! I can't get onto any of my emails or accounts or social media and can't call anyone. Can someone please tell me how I can contact Virgin without it needing to be a text or phone call... I need to be on a live chat - i've tried all avenues on the internet that I can see but still don't seem to be able to get a chat started. Any suggestion? Thanks in advance...

Have you checked for a network outage in your area? As Virgin use EE for signal try here

If there is an outage there is little Virgin can do, it's all down to EE
