Our two mobiles were deactivated early in September. New SIMs were sent to our UK address on 11th September, mine arrived the next day but my wife's has never arrived. Can someone please arrange for a SIM to be sent out as a matter of extreme urgency?
Previously I have tried - calling and waited 70-mins before being cut-off (when my own SIM still worked), I've also emailed your CEO twice, again without a response, I have spent have spent 4-days sending messages without getting a satisfactory response, I have tweeted @Virginmedia. And I just tried calling from a Spanish mobile but there is a 45-min wait time! Meanwhile, we are out in Spain and can't access our UK Bank Accounts!
